It is not possible to climb these mountains on a bike without training. It's crucial to train ahead of the day to enjoy the closed roads and avoid crises along the route. The ideal recommendation is to come to the Dolomites Bike Day having cycled at least 1,000km ahead of the event. Do not underestimate the challenges of these cols. Alternatively, consider using an e-bike.
