Da pera a pera

"Da pera a pera", from stone to stone: this is how the locals call the last, very tough, 100 meters to reach the top of the Valparola. Constant gradient between 12% and 15%.

The first edition of the Dolomites Bike Day was held on Sunday, June 18, 2017. A total of 5,000 cyclists (many of them families with children) enjoyed a fantastic sunny day in the mountains. The peaks of Lagazuoi and Sass de Strias were shining on the colours of the cycling festival. The roads were closed from 10am until 3pm, helping to make the first edition a great success.
